The location of Fashand villa is in the highlands of Fashand mountain village which is used as a second home. This villa has 2 functions which are found in first and second floor. The first floor is considered for public space and second floor is designed for private members. Each floor has area of 100 square meter which are connected with a central void and it leads to create an internal spatial communication between the floors. In addition, the balconies in both floors have a good scenery to north of site. Considering the area of the villa which is almost a small area, each part of the villa is designed with high quality, for instance, Jacuzzi is placed in master WC or some outdoor furniture is put in the balconies.
